Emeralds in Colombia

Where do they come from?

Colombian emeralds are recognized worldwide for their particular bluish-green color. They are located in the central area of the country, in Cundinamarca and Boyacá.

“Morralla” is how the miners refer to the pieces that have traces of other materials, and are not completely transparent, or have milky undertones. Unique and beautiful emeralds that are transformed into Green Raw Beauty treasures.
